How to provide tender documents online?

|
Tender documents can be made availabel easily via a simple document upload process within the plattform during creation of the tender announcement details. These documents are then available for all interested, as soon as the tender announcemnt is published.
Apart from that, additional tender documents can also be provided at a later time point. For further information in English please in case contact our customer service

Is there a size restriction regarding uploaded documents?
|
|
|
Within the tender process biders as well as contracting authoritiers have the option of uploading documents of different size and format and provide them to participants. From the best practice point of view we ask you to provide a file size between 60 and 120 MB. Of course if you know, your files will have a more extended size, please contact us in advance so we can adapt your account.
The number of uploaded files is currently unlimited until revoked.
